This role is located in our Production facility in Norwood, MA, and will follow our Hybrid Work Schedule

💰Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Prodigy:
    Take charge of planning and executing projects of various sizes, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Calendar Magician:
    Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure everyone is prepped and ready to roll.
  • Presentation Wizard:
    Create top‑notch presentations, reports, and briefings for our senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • File Maestro:
    Keep our files and records shipshape, making sure everything is where it should be and following company policies.
  • Event Extraordinaire:
    Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • Financial Guru:
    Keep an eagle eye on expenses, tracking receipts and invoices with precision.
  • Communication Champ:
    Manage executive communication and correspondence like a pro.
  • Confidentiality Guardian:
    Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:

    A Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience:

    2–4 years of experience in project management or administrative roles.
  • Go-Getter: A proactive and assertive personality.
  • Communication Whiz:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives Under Pressure:
    Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Tech‑Savvy:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet navigation.
