Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with the sales team.
• Master and follow all training materials to accurately answer all customer questions.
• Keep current with sales specials, all direct mail pieces, and notices from the manufacturer.
• Work flexible hours including store hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Arrive on time to work and return from lunch and break punctually and adhere to the set schedule.
