Oral Surgeon Opportunity – Norwood & Mansfield, MA

A well-established, multi-location oral surgery practice in upscale Massachusetts communities is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to join its growing team. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Guarantee: $33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year (or tiered model, whichever is greater) to provide financial security while building a patient base

  • Debt Assistance: $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments

  • Relocation: Negotiable support available

  • Continuing Education: $2,500 annual CE allowance for advanced training, travel, and course fees
