Compensation & Benefits:

• Tiered Collections Model: Compensation grows with performance, supported by high collections and strong reimbursement rates

• Annual Guarantee: $33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year (or tiered model, whichever is greater) to provide financial security while building a patient base
