We are quickly growing and are looking for fun and engaging people to join our team as a swim instructor at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools. Our mission is to create opportunities for families and help them learn to stay safe around water, while building lifelong skills and friendships.

In collaboration with the General Manager and Aquatics Team, the Aqua‑Tots Water Safety Instructor (AT‑WSI) will provide swim lessons that adhere to our brand standard.

• Help prevent drownings by working with the community to provide a standard of excellence in teaching children and adults water safety.
• Ensure parents are involved in the student’s experience by engaging them before class and providing concise, quality feedback after class.
• Collaborate with the entire staff team to ensure the school is show‑ready before, during, and after all operating hours.
• Ensure knowledge of the school EAP by reviewing often and reporting any safety concerns to AM/GM.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by embracing core values, maintaining healthy relationships with staff and supervisors, participating in workplace culture activities, and encouraging teammates.

• 3 teaching shifts per week (or more upon request).
• Fixed schedule.
• Flexible hours for students of all ages.

Salary: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour.

Paid bi‑weekly; off on major holidays.

• Mon‑Fri: ~3 pm or 3:30 pm‑8 pm (evening shift).
• Sat: ~8:30 am‑1 pm or 2 pm.
• Sun: ~8:30 am‑1 pm or 2 pm.
