Front Desk Associate (Paid Training Provided)
We’re looking for a friendly, multitasking front desk staff member to join Aqua‑Tots Swim Schools. The role is part‑time with a required Saturday or Sunday shift (hours are on our website). You’ll receive training, flexible schedules to fit all ages, and the chance to be part of an amazing team. Hourly pay starts at $15 and up, depending on experience, with excellent growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Effectively sell swim lessons to incoming customers and meet monthly sales goals.
- Answer phones, give tours, schedule and reschedule customers, and learn new point‑of‑sale systems.
- Learn and nurture relationships with families and kids, maintaining order in a busy facility.
- Perform closing and cleaning duties at facility closing.
- Provide customer service, ensuring families are happy.
Job Type: Part‑time
Salary: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Shift: Day, evening, and morning shifts; weekdays and weekends as needed
Work Location: In person / Norwood, MA
