Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department by ensuring all vehicle finance transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership and lender requirements. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, transparent financing experience for our customers.

• Support Business Managers with the preparation and processing of vehicle finance and lease documents
• Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Nucar and lender standards
• Submit completed deals to lenders and follow up on funding status
• Verify customer information, credit applications, and required documentation
• Maintain organized deal jackets and digital records
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Title/Registration teams
• Assist customers during the financing process with professionalism and care
• Ensure confidential customer information is handled securely and ethically

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior automotive dealership, finance, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and dealership management systems
• Willingness to learn automotive finance processes and compliance standards
