We are looking for a motivated and self‑driven individual to join our Accounting and Finance department. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career and help grow a large agency. After an initial in‑house training for the first 90 days, the position offers hybrid work: a few days in office and a couple of days at home each week.

• Budget Analyst – Evaluate, report and plan with departments.
• Strategic Planning – Work with department director on agency objectives.
• Financial and Business Reporting – Report creation and delivery with contextual explanation.
• Agency Commissions – Reconciliation of deposits and transactions.
• Employee Commissions – Prepare, audit and manage process.
• Carrier Relationship Management – Review results, growth and profitability.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables, charts and financial reporting
• Communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Microsoft Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint experience

The estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 ($33.34 an hour) – $80,000 ($41.00 an hour), based on relevant skills and experience.
