We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Stylist/Shift Leader to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and enhancing the overall client experience.

• Supervise salon operations during assigned shifts to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Provide services including straight Color, haircuts, and styling.
• Mentor and train new staff members in techniques.
• Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Assist in managing inventory and supplies to ensure the salon is well-stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.

• Proven experience in a salon or barbershop environment is preferred.
• Experience in mentoring team members is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Familiarity with store management practices is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Extension services is an asset.
