• Perform various braiding techniques to create intricate styles for clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon area.
• Assist in managing salon operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Promote additional services such as hair extensions, wigs, culture beads, etc.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client record management.
• Mentor junior staff members in braiding techniques and customer service best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new braiding techniques to enhance service offerings.

• Proven experience in hair braiding with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of additional skills such as Locs, crochet braiding, and weave-on.
• Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by client demand.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Previous experience in hair braiding is a plus!
