Job Type: Part-Time, 2025 hours per week
Compensation: Up to $29 per hour while stretching

Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications or relevant professional experience:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM or similar)
• Group Fitness Instructor Certification
• Pilates Instructor Certification
• Dance Instructor
• Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or similar movement/rehabilitation background

As a Flexologist, you'll deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions using our proprietary methods and protocols. Your role will include:

• Guiding clients through customized 25- and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions
• Educating clients on the benefits of mobility, recovery, and proper movement
• Creating a positive, motivating, and safe studio environment
• Building long-term relationships with clients to support their health and wellness goals
• Maintaining detailed client progress notes and feedback
• Participating in ongoing training and team meetings

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people move and feel better
• Outgoing and professional personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to connect with clients and build trust quickly
• Team player who thrives in a supportive, growth-minded environment
• Willingness to complete Stretch Labs in-house Flexologist Training Program (paid)
