Microsoft Senior Solution Architect

As a Microsoft Senior Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting delivery of Microsoft-based solutions, products, and services to meet and exceed customer expectations. Leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies, you will engage with clients pre and post sale to understand their business needs, articulate the value proposition of our Microsoft solutions, and provide direction and oversight for the delivery of Microsoft projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft’s product suite, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of architecting and delivering successful Microsoft projects. • Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with customer technical decision‑makers to understand their business requirements and challenges.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and related services.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Possess deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
• Proactive Services:
  • Deliver proactive services like education workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance to drive customer success.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with Microsoft Premier Support to expedite incident resolution.
• Customer Success:
  • Focus on driving customer adoption and satisfaction through successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enable continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Lead technical engagements, including briefings, proof of concepts, and architectural design sessions.
• Best Practice Sharing:
  • Collaborate with other Solution Architects and teams to generate technical insights and enable best practices sharing.
