Required

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in SharePoint 2013 and around 2 years in SharePoint.
• Experience in production support for SharePoint Intranet.
• Experience in Requirement Analysis, Documentation, and Testing.
• Knowledge of Requirement Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
• Planning, setup, and management of Content Types, including Content Types syndication.
• Managing metadata including Managed Metadata/Term Store Management.
• Creating and maintaining SharePoint Designer workflows.
• Excellent communication, customer interfacing, and documentation skills.
• Monitoring SharePoint farm health, analyzing diagnostic logs, and ULS logs.
• Configuring and supporting SharePoint Farm System Services and Service Applications.
• User Profile Service Application management and synchronization with AD/Exchange.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and managing SharePoint Server or Farm.
• Configuring service applications like Search, Metadata, User Profile Synchronization.
• Creating and maintaining Content Databases and logging databases in SQL Server.
• Assigning permissions and configuring anonymous access.
• Knowledge of Power Shell scripting.
• Training and supporting business users.
• Understanding of IIS, Active Directory, and Mail Configuration.
• Configuring Business Connectivity Services to connect to SQL databases or WCF services.
• Leveraging out-of-the-box features in SharePoint.
• Discussing requirements with end-users, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
