Skillset: Microsoft Application Servers, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in SharePoint development.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013 OOTB features such as Content publishing, Social, Search, and Term Store.
• Experience working with Nintex and SharePoint designer workflows.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, WCF, RESTful services, and TFS.
• Experience with SharePoint 2016 is a plus.
• Experience with Google Search Appliance and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Good understanding of architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment.
• Strong analytical skills and multitasking ability.
• Commitment to ongoing learning of web technologies.
• Understanding of system requirements including performance, security, and scalability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Design and develop modules, products, and enhancements based on requirements.
• Serve as a technical escalation point during project lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Prepare technical documentation as per standards.
• Assist in project scoping and documentation.
• Evaluate technical strategies and perform assessments.
• Work with the team to create test plans and manage issues.
• Communicate project status regularly.
• Provide technical consultancy and participate in business development.
• Engage in knowledge management activities to enhance service offerings.
