This role is located in our Production facility in Norwood, MA, and will follow our Hybrid Work Schedule.
Pay Range💰 $148,000 – $170,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Supply Chain Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions to meet our business needs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including management and end users, to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of D365 solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive D365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Lead the optimization/stabilization of D365 Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
- Customize and configure D365 to meet specific business needs, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Integrate D365 with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide training and support to end users, helping them understand and utilize D365 solutions effectively.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of D365 solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and managing D365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Proficiency in D365 Supply Chain modules, including inventory management, procurement, master planning and logistics. Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration. Experience with Power BI/Power Platform a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or similar certifications are preferred.
