Are you an operational leader passionate about both events and daily dining excellence? We are seeking a highly organised and community-focused Function & Bistro Supervisor to manage and elevate two critical areas of our venue.

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Act as the main point-of-contact for event clients and the visible floor leader during functions. Your role is to personally connect with hosts and guests, manage on-site logistics, and guarantee a seamless, high-quality event experience from setup to farewell.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• You’re the master multi-tasker who can flip the switch from running a high-stakes function one minute to managing busy bistro service the next. You’ll ensure our quality and service standards don’t drop, no matter how fast we pivot between the event floor and the daily grind!

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
