Job Description
Instron is a global organization that designs, manufactures, sells and services mechanical testing systems.
As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will perform repetitive tasks to assemble products or subassemblies according to clearly defined methods and sequences. Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions and diagrams are essential. Assemblers may work independently or as part of a team, often collaborating with engineers to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics.
- Experience working in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement setting.
- Follow basic safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors during training and product builds.
- Engage with Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality to troubleshoot issues and update work instructions.

EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Trade school or associate’s degree preferred.
Compensation InformationThis position has a starting salary range of $22.00 to $24.50 per hour.
