Join a fast-growing, forward-thinking food manufacturer where innovation meets precision. As our Production Planning Manager
, you'll be the strategic mind behind our scheduling process — driving efficiency, quality, and growth across five production lines. You'll own the master schedule from start to finish, using data and cross-functional collaboration to keep production humming and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do
  • Own the schedule. Develop, maintain, and refine detailed SKU-level production plans using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics). Factor in performance data, forecasts, inventory, staffing, throughput, and equipment capabilities to keep production on track.
  • Plan for the future. Expand our planning horizon from 4 to 12 weeks, improving visibility and alignment across departments.
  • Maximize efficiency. Sequence production runs to optimize species, allergens, and equipment nuances while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Serve as the bridge between production, procurement, and other teams — ensuring communication flows smoothly and problems are solved before they escalated.
  • Stay agile. Monitor live production and materials to make real‑time adjustments as needed, keeping the floor moving and the goals met.
  • Drive continuous improvement. Conduct ad-hoc analyses, manage the production calendar, and partner with Marketing, Commercialization, and R&D to bring new products to life with smart scheduling strategies.
What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of success in supply chain or inventory planning, ideally in food manufacturing.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP-based planning (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — you turn complex data into clear decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF, and Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.
