Position Overview:

We are currently seeking
Machine Operators to join our
Stone Shop and
Mill Department
. The Machine Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment to cut, shape, and prepare materials for cabinet and counter top fabrication. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Set up machines for daily production runs, ensuring correct tools, materials, and calibrations are used.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or irregularities, making adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet production specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain organized and efficient workflow in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or woodworking machinery preferred.
• Experience in cabinet, counter top, or stone fabrication a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, diagrams, and measurements accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes as needed.
