Join Savers | Value Village as a Retail Store Associate and help create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and teammates. In this role you will be the face of our stores, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting day‑to‑day operations.

$17.00 – $17.92 per hour, depending on the specific job duty/position.

As one of the largest for‑profit thrift operators in the United States, Canada and Australia, we champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. We purchase gently‑used items donated by our community, redirect billions of pounds of waste away from landfills, and use that inventory to build vibrant, community‑focused stores.

• Deliver friendly service to customers and donors, answering questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Perform opening, closing, and daily cash management tasks.
• Sort, tag, price, and shelve merchandise in multiple categories (clothing, hardware, furniture, books, jewelry, and more).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Assist in inventory audits and promote store floor quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
