We are currently seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This is a customer‑facing sales and service role that requires strong communication skills and a dedication to excellent service. • Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers
• Assist customers in accurately identifying and ordering automotive parts
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delays
• Perform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts
• Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous parts experience a plus, but not required
• Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
