Catering Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering tailored catering solutions.
• Collaborating with our culinary team to develop custom menus that exceed client expectations.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
• Coordinating with internal teams using accurate BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and clear communication to ensure smooth execution from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinating with the client throughout the planning process and attending the setup and beginning of events.
• Staying current on industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offerings sharp and competitive.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Catering Sales
• Knowledge of Catering operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is beneficial
