In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, managing inbound and outbound communications to drive sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to nurture leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the buying journey.

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion.

• Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
