Technical Sales
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales campaigns of technical solutions, products, and services to meet and exceed revenue targets. Leveraging your expertise in Storage, Networking, Security, Backup, Cloud and AI technologies, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs, articulate the value proposition of our portfolio of solutions, and build lasting relationships.
This role requires a deep understanding of Next Generation Datacenter technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Stay current on Next Generation Datacenter technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Next Generation Datacenter solutions to clients.
- CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions.
- COLLABORATION
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and post-sales support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with Echo Stor partners and representatives to maximize opportunities.
- PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
- Collaborate with the sales and specialty technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Present solutions to clients, addressing their unique business challenges and objectives.
- PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and document sales activities.
- SALES ACHIEVEMENT
- Meet and exceed sales targets for technical solutions, products, and services.
- Develop and execute strategic technology sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in technology solutions sales, with a focus on Storage, Backup, Security, Networking, Cloud and AI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
