We’re seeking a motivated
Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on generating high-quality sales, meeting with homeowners onsite, and providing tailored solutions. This is a
commission-only position with a proven earning potential ranging from $70,000 for minimal performers to $200,000+ for top performers. You can further grow your income by generating your own leads and prospects.

• Engage with Company-Provided Leads:Meet with homeowners and property managers onsite to discuss roofing (new and replacement), roof cleaning, skylights, ice melt systems, gutters, flat/rubber roofing, and ventilation services.
• Close High-Quality Sales:Deliver exceptional sales performance without the need to manage project logistics.
• Generate Additional Leads:Cultivate new leads and prospects to maximize earnings.
• Provide Customized Solutions:Recommend services tailored to customer needs.
• Sell at Margins That Ensure Success:Ensure jobs can be completed on time and under budget.
• Maintain Customer Relationships:Follow up with leads and customers to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
• Hit Sales Goals:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

  Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to team goals.
• Utilize Technology:Use CRM tools, smartphones, or tablets for lead management, data tracking, and contract drafting.
• Draft, Read, and Understand Contracts:Ensure accurate and professional handling of contractual agreements.
• Conduct Roof Inspections:Safely inspect roofs to provide accurate service recommendations to customers.

• 3-5 years of proven success in
  in-home
  or consumer sales (e.g. roofing, vacuums, home services, remodeling, painting, pest control, HVAC, solar, landscaping, windows, or similar industries).
• Home improvement industry experience, especially in roofing, is a plus.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and following a structured sales process.
• Metrics-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to climb roofs for inspections and work in a fast-paced environment.
