About The PositionWe are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team and help us grow.
Key Responsibilities- Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Build rapport with customers to create trust and encourage them to visit the dealership.
- Set qualified sales appointments and confirm details with customers.
- Keep accurate records in CRM of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Proactively follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly contact and appointment goals.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer programs.

Full-time; evenings and weekends may be required.
PayCompetitive hourly rates plus monthly bonus. Pay range: $40,000 to $70,000 per year
Salary: $40000 - $70000 per year
