Field Service Technician - Ice Machines at Joe Warren & Sons Co. Inc. (JWS) is a role within our commercial refrigeration and food equipment service team serving New England. This position focuses on the upkeep and repair of ice machine equipment in the field.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

The Ice Machines Field Service Technician will be on the frontline of field service, performing maintenance and repair work on ice machine equipment as required.

• Ability to work an 8-hour workday
• Willingness to conduct windshield time (driving between client locations to perform service visits)
• Works well in a team environment (collaboration with parts department)
• Prior experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing ice machine or similar kitchen refrigeration equipment
• High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license
• Self-driven with strong initiative
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam repairs (a plus)
• 2-3 years of experience in refrigeration or ice machine equipment repair
• Strong organizational skills and a team-centric attitude
