Job Summary

Gaston Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Detailer with a strong electrical construction background to bridge the gap between engineering design and field installation. This role is ideal for electricians, foremen, and general foremen who understand how electrical systems are built in the field. The Electrical Construction Detailer reviews engineering drawings, develops constructability solutions, identifies prefabrication opportunities, utilizes Bluebeam to create detailed field-driven markups, and helps define project means and methods.

These markups and concepts are translated into coordinated Revit models by BIM/VDC teams. This position serves as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between design, prefabrication, and field execution.
