We’re a successful, hard-charging team with best-in‑class equipment and staff. Our floor integrates VALD Force Decks force plates and VALD Dyna Mohandheld dynamo meters for objective testing (jump/force asymmetry, joint‑by‑joint strength/ROM) and quick, coach‑friendly reports, so athletes see progress every week. ()
Athletes track training inside our mobile app – workout logging, performance reporting, and program delivery – so we can measure what matters and keep everyone aligned.
PSP also has an industry‑leading record of placing high‑school athletes into Division I programs, and we’re looking for coaches who match that standard and bring a winning, team‑first attitude.
What you’ll do (core)- Coach small‑group sessions using PSP progressions; lead warm‑ups, cue great movement, spot safely, and keep sessions on pace. (Professional S&C standards emphasize written policies, emergency readiness, and athlete safety.)
- Run testing/re‑testing (Force Decks/Dyna Mo), log results, and communicate clear takeaways.
- Educate athletes on intent, recovery, and basic nutrition; contribute to attendance, renewals, referrals, and testimonials.
- Support floor readiness: setup/cleanup, equipment checks, and cleanliness (a retention driver).
- Baseball background (as player or coach) and comfort around cage/bullpen work.
- Experience with athlete monitoring tech (force plates, dynamometry, bar speed).
- Familiarity with or similar platforms.
- Passion for athlete development; strong communication and presence on the floor.
- CPR/AED (current or within 30 days); CSCS/USAW or similar preferred.
