$41.20/hr - $42.40/hr
Job Summary- Lead the integration of new providers into the TCHHN culture by collaborating with Medical Staff, service line leadership, operations, and others to ensure all necessary items are prepared for their first day of employment.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage integration needs for providers moving or adding locations, ensuring all necessary items are transitioned and ready for their first day at the new or additional location.
- Oversee integration needs for providers departing the network, ensuring they receive all necessary benefit and retirement information and that appropriate hardware is returned for recycling.
- Work efficiently and effectively, setting and maintaining priorities, planning work and schedules to meet deadlines and objectives, and balancing multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Attend to details while remaining focused on the big picture, applying and enforcing effective meeting norms, and evaluating current methods to seek new and innovative continuous process improvement opportunities specific to provider integration needs.
- Lead project management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes required to onboard and integrate providers, developing a clear understanding of tasks completed by all departments associated with integration processes.
- Establish effective working relationships with department process owners and regularly seek opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate current functions through collaborative process design, implementation, and performance improvement efforts.
- Ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames.
- Efficiently manage integration and onboarding needs for newly hired physicians and APPs, ensuring all necessary processes are complete and providers are prepared for practice on day one of employment.
- Manage needs specific to various changes for providers, including location changes, additions, and departures.
- At least five years of process improvement and/or project management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement.
- Knowledge and application of a wide variety of advanced performance improvement tools and methods.
- Strong organizational skills leading a combination of direct and dotted line reporting relationships, exhibiting strong, collaborative leadership qualities.
- Outstanding internal and external communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with people.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on key initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of performance within time and budget constraints.
- High levels of initiative, drive, and poise coupled with qualities of maturity, professionalism, flexibility, and patience.
- Unquestionable integrity and business ethics.
- At least two and a half years of experience with significant physician interaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Master's Degree.
