We work closely with clients to ensure transparency, accuracy, and trust in their financial reporting – helping them grow with confidence and clarity.
This role is based in our East Midlands office.
About you…As an Audit Trainee
, you’ll dive into real projects from day one.
This is more than just a job – it’s a launchpad. You’ll:
- Support audit fieldwork
by reviewing financial documents such as invoices, bank statements, and payroll reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. - Engage with clients
to understand their systems and processes, attend year-end stocktakes, and contribute to audit testing and reporting in small teams. - Deliver high-quality work
by managing deadlines, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with your team to meet client expectations.
You’ll be supported every step of the way – by peers, mentors, and even our Partners. We’ll give you structure, but also the freedom to grow at your own pace.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3 A-levels (BBC or above, including a numerical or business subject)
- Enthusiasm about Audit and motivated to succeed – both in the role and in their qualification journey
- This vacancy is for school/college leavers only, if you have a degree you should look for a vacancy with "graduate" in the job title
