Part-time Bookkeeper, Bingham

Overview

The role of a Bookkeeper is to provide an excellent service for clients, creating and maintaining strong relationships. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and a positive and professional approach.

• Daily on-site bookkeeping at clients
• Build strong lasting relationships with a large variety of clients
• Implementing Xero and app-stacks for client
• Completion of accurate and timely management information
• Assisting in the production of monthly accounts and reports
• Reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Preparation and posting of journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, etc.
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier payments
• Accounts payable with expenses and credit cards
• Accounts receivable and credit control
• Supporting clients to make their businesses thrive

• Fully qualified AAT or Qualified by experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
• Love and knowledge of technology – Excel and accountancy apps
• Excellent attention to detail;
  Xero experience
• A desire to learn and develop
