You’ll Do
The successful candidate will support the Finance Team with a range of accounting and administrative duties while working towards a professional qualification. Responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, investigating and resolving discrepancies, liaising with suppliers and colleagues, and assisting with supplier account reconciliations. The role will also involve processing weekly timesheets, reviewing and investigating discrepancies, maintaining accurate records and supporting payroll preparation.
Additional duties include assisting with finance administration, maintaining financial records, supporting month‑end activities, preparing reports and spreadsheets, and providing documentation for audits. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support, including filing, document management and responding to enquiries, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures. They will build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers, participate fully in apprenticeship training and development activities, and undertake any other duties reasonably required by management.
