Great Western Railway (Gwr) is seeking a Public Ownership Accountant to help prepare for the transition into direct government control. You will focus on balance sheet reconciliations, SAP S/4 HANA readiness, and the development of transition plans and procedures to ensure a compliant transfer.
You will support the design of new financial procedures for DFTO compliance, manage asset statements at transfer, and oversee the rundown of balances not transferring to the new entity.
