• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end corporate tax compliance cycle. Oversee the preparation and review of corporation tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high‑quality output.
• Support and deliver a broad range of advisory engagements. Get involved in projects such as group restructures, R&D claims, international and UK tax planning, loss utilisation, and transactional tax support. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Partners and Directors on complex and strategic work.
• Provide clear, practical, and commercially‑focused tax advice. Work directly with SMEs, OMBs, and larger corporates, offering tailored tax solutions that support clients’ long‑term commercial objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members. Review work, offer guidance, and help shape the next generation of tax talent while contributing to a positive and knowledge‑sharing team culture.
• Build and strengthen trusted client relationships. Act as a key point of contact, attending meetings, identifying opportunities, and helping clients navigate the complexities of the UK corporate tax landscape.

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally gained within practice.
• Strong technical corporate tax knowledge, particularly with SME and OMB clients, and confidence in handling both compliance and advisory work.
• A proactive self‑starter comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, able to manage deadlines, juggle multiple engagements, and clearly articulate advice to both colleagues and clients.
