Assistant Management Accountant Liverpool City Centre £30,000 - £35,000  benefits We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Liverpool city centre. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the production of accurate financial information and contributing to the day-to-day running of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Handling accruals and prepayments Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes Working with operational teams to provide financial insight Supporting year-end audit preparation Processing journals and maintaining accurate financial records Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies About You AAT qualified or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) Previous experience in a finance or accounting role Strong Excel skills and good attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach What's on Offer Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 Study support Hybrid working options Modern city centre office location Clear progression opportunities within a growing business This role would suit an ambitious Assistant Accountant or Accounts Assistant looking to step up into a more analytical and commercially focused position.
