Senior Accountant to Client Manager

The Role:

As a Senior Accountant to Client Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and take responsibility for your work from start to finish. The practice has a relatively flat structure and a team of predominantly experienced professionals, meaning you will be trusted to manage your own workload and client relationships with a high degree of independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing year-end accounts to FRS 105 and FRS 102 Section 1A
Managing your own portfolio of clients and work allocation
Preparing Corporation Tax computations and returns
Preparing and filing VAT returns
Preparing Confirmation Statements and other Companies House filings
Providing general accounting and business services support to clients
Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships
Managing your own time and workflow to meet deadlines

The portfolio is predominantly accounting-focused and includes a mixture of smaller businesses, property-related clients and investment portfolios.
