An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Charge Accountant to join a well-established and growing property management business based in Nottingham. This is a full-time, office-based position offering a salary of £35,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Working for a privately owned organisation with many years of industry experience, you'll become part of a friendly and professional finance team supporting a national property portfolio.

• Prepare service charge budgets and assist with financial reporting across multiple property developments.
• Complete bank reconciliations, payments, transfers and other daily financial transactions.
• Support service charge accounting, including reconciliations and responding to finance-related queries.
• Assist with the financial set‑up of new developments and property handovers.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate financial records and excellent client service.

• Previous experience in an Assistant/Service Charge Accountant or similar finance role, ideally supported by an AAT or equivalent financial qualification.
• Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Experience with in the property sector, particularly service charge accounting, would be a significant advantage.

This office-based role is located in Nottingham and is easily commutable from Derby, Mansfield, Newark-on-Trent, Loughborough, Grantham and surrounding areas.
