As a Senior Accountant to Client Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and take responsibility for your work from start to finish. The practice has a relatively flat structure and a team of predominantly experienced professionals, meaning you will be trusted to manage your own workload and client relationships with a high degree of independence.
Your responsibilities will include:- Preparing year-end accounts to FRS 105 and FRS 102 Section 1A
- Managing your own portfolio of clients and work allocation
- Preparing Corporation Tax computations and returns
- Preparing and filing VAT returns
Preparing Confirmation Statements and other Companies House filings - Providing general accounting and business services support to clients
- Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships
- Managing your own time and workflow to meet deadlines
The portfolio is predominantly accounting-focused and includes a mixture of smaller businesses, property-related clients and investment portfolios.
This is a great Senior Accountant to Client Manager opportunity for an experienced practice accountant who wants to take greater ownership of their clients and workload, whilst benefiting from a 35-hour week, hybrid working and a genuinely flexible approach.
Part-time hours will also be considered for the right candidate.
