- Financial Administration and Reporting:
Managing day to day ordering and financial record keeping, responding to departmental finance enquiries and resolve any daily issues and problems. - Operational & Campaign Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative support for key community engagement campaigns and initiatives, working with both internal and external stakeholders. - Administrative Management:
Handling core administrative functions, including the coordination of stock takes, managing budget processes, maintaining records and assisting with payroll documentation. - Team Efficiency:
Ensure the smooth operational running of the team by managing complex and routine administrative tasks. - Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain professional and effective communication (in person and in writing) with all partners and community members.
- Experience & Initiative:
Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to manage tasks independently. - Technical Proficiency:
Experience of using Office 365 and core Microsoft Office applications. - Organisational Excellence:
Exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing an excellent standard of service.

Hours of WorkThis is a permanent, part time post working 25 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. Job share arrangements may be considered.
