Job DetailsSales Administrator
Permanent | Office Based
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client's busy commercial team. This is a fast‑paced role where you'll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive quotations and delivering excellent customer service to UK and international customers.
Key responsibilities include:- Handling inbound pricing and quotation requests via phone and email
- Preparing and issuing quotations, including lead times and pricing structures
- Updating pricing systems and loading quotes onto the CRM
- Responding to customer queries and providing commercial support
- Supporting the wider quotations and commercial team
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative environment
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Well organised, reliable and able to prioritise workloads
- Calm under pressure with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
- Experience with Sage 200
