Homes&Wellbeing.
- Undertake administration of financial systems and procedures within Homes and Wellbeing
- Process invoices inline with agreed procedures
- Manage the HW services inbox on a rota basis and handling incoming phone calls from internal and external sources and taking appropriate action in response to queries and requests
- Produce email merge letters as and when requested
- Produce standard letters and documents as required for local councils and utilities companies
- Make phone calls to local councils, utilities companies and debt collection agencies
- Record accurate housing benefit information on our One Housing System
- Proficient in using excel spreadsheets
