An established and forward-thinking regional law firm is looking to appoint a skilled Legal Secretary to support its Commercial Property team in Nottingham
.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy, professional environment
, providing high-level support to fee earners and playing a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

• Delivering comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across the Commercial Property team
• Producing a wide range of legal documentation through audio and copy typing
• Managing digital dictation, correspondence, and file administration
• Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients in a professional manner
• Supporting fee earners to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met

• Proven experience in a legal secretarial or professional support role
• Strong audio typing ability, ideally using digital dictation systems such as Big Hand
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues
