Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new exciting role? I am working with a school in Nottingham seeking an organised, proactive administrator to support their Head of Careers on a long-term basis.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinating and sending out the school's regular Careers newsletters
- Organising mock interview schedules for students, ensuring their needs and aspirations are considered
- Communicating professionally with external employers to arrange opportunities
- Supporting the organisation of student work experience placements
- Creating and uploading careers information, updates, and news to the school's reception TV display
- Updating notice boards around the school with fresh, relevant content
- Providing efficient day-to-day admin support to the Head of Careers
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Previous school-based administrative experience is essential
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with employers, parents, and staff
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
- A professional, calm approach within a busy environment
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
