This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Contract Management Team and play an important supporting role in how procurement contract management is embedded across the Trust.
The post holder will provide essential administrative and data support to the contract management function, maintaining accurate contract records and assisting with the preparation of reports, meeting papers, and documentation. Working closely with senior colleagues, the role supports contract variations, procurement and contracting activities, and the collation of performance, activity, and financial data to aid effective contract monitoring.
The role will also work collaboratively across organisational boundaries, supporting partnership arrangements and providing oversight of selected contractual relationships delivered in conjunction with, or on behalf of, other NHS organisations.
With a strong focus on governance and organisation, the role ensures compliance with Trust procedures, audit requirements, confidentiality, and data protection standards. The post‑holder will build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers, support meetings and communications, and contribute to the development of efficient team processes while engaging in ongoing learning and development.

The Contract Administrator will provide clerical and administrative support to the Contract Management team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The postholder will ensure effective maintenance of contract documentation, accurate data entry, and provide administrative support for contract monitoring, governance, and reporting processes. This role will support senior colleagues in ensuring efficient contract management services are delivered across the Trust.
