Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate appointment schedules and patient records.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Support the team with general office duties using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized.
- Assist with billing or invoicing processes if required.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably within healthcare or community services.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of Quick Books is a plus but not essential.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
