We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team at Fedbucks in Wycombe General Hospital. This vital role involves providing excellent front-desk support, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate appointment schedules and patient records.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support the team with general office duties using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized.
  • Assist with billing or invoicing processes if required.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably within healthcare or community services.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data entry tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of Quick Books is a plus but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
