Housing Administrator needed in Nottingham

This is a temporary contract paying £13.17ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide a high quality comprehensive administrative service to support the housing team.

They should have proven housing experience to record accurate housing benefit information on the One Housing System and undertake administration of housing financial systems and procedures within Homes and Wellbeing.

They will process invoices, manager the inbox, handle incoming phone calls, respond to queries and requests, produce mail merge letters as and when requested and make phone calls to local councils, utilities companies and debt collection agencies.
