Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the sales department as required following departmental procedures for sorting, retrieving and transfer of data.
Main Duties And Responsibilities- General administration duties: answering the phone, checking, copying, scanning, and archiving of documents.
- Loading purchase orders and RFQs into an MRP system, collating information in preparation for quoting and for contract review.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with company information, customer account details, restricted, confidential documents, and data.
- Data entry in the format of word templates, spreadsheets, PDF editor and the companys software.
- Liaison with customers and suppliers regarding documentation queries.
- To manage multiple activities and successfully deliver within set deadlines.
- To manage own time and prioritise work effectively.
- Adhere to health and safety responsibilities at all times.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
- Maintain shared inbox at a manageable level completing work within client outlined timelines.
- Client RFQ receipt to progress enquiry creation target
