Part-Time Administrator – Engineering (10am–2pm)
Beeston | Vital People | Monday–Friday | 10am–2pm
Vital People are recruiting a Part-Time Administrator to support the Engineering team at a leading business in Beeston. This role is ideal for candidates looking for part-time admin jobs in Nottingham, engineering administration, or school-hours office work.
Key Responsibilities
* Updating stock systems and completing stock checks
* Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
* Managing spreadsheets, contractor sign-ins, permits and insurance documents
* Supporting the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedule
* Providing general administrative support to the engineering team
