Location: London
We are working with an incredibly fast growing, founder led consumer brand within the beauty space, seeking an exceptional EA to support the CEO / Co-Founder during an exciting period of international expansion.
This is a pivotal EA role for someone who enjoys acting as a trusted right hand, managing priorities, protecting time, and ensuring the executive office runs seamlessly. The successful candidate will be confident operating at pace, commercially aware, and genuinely passionate about the beauty industry.
Key responsibilities- Serving as a trusted gatekeeper to the CEO, overseeing a busy and ever-changing diary to ensure key priorities are protected
- Organising complex UK and international travel arrangements, frequently at short notice
- Acting as a central point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, producing polished written communications and documentation
- Planning and supporting high-level meetings, including preparation of materials, minute-taking, and following up on actions
- Assisting with a range of business initiatives and projects connected to growth, partnerships, and international expansion
- Handling expenses and highly confidential information with accuracy, care, and discretion
- A minimum of three years’ recent experience providing high-level support to a CEO or senior executive within a fast‑paced, scaling business
- Genuine interest in, or experience within, beauty, retail, or e‑commerce environments
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to manage access and priorities at senior level
- A clear, professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and modern, cloud‑based tools
- Flexible and open to regular UK and overseas travel as required
- Korean language skills would be welcomed but are by no means essential
- Full‑time, office‑based position, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)
- Ongoing collaboration between the Central London office and West London warehouse
