The role

As a Data Coordinator
, you’ll play an important role within our IT – Data and Architecture team, collaborating with colleagues to drive improvements in data quality and operational efficiency. You'll assist the Data Leads in coordinating the Data team's workload and provide support to legal team members as needed. You'll also stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to data management, helping to keep the team at the forefront of the field.

What

you'll be doing
  • Ensuring all data is accurate and up to date and developing and implementing processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements, conducting data analysis, and generating reports as required.
  • Coordinating meetings and supporting documentation and assisting the Data Leads in the coordination of the Data team's workload.
  • Experience of working with data, combined with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage your individual workload to ensure delivery of projects within defined timescales, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative approach, a keen attention to detail and a natural enthusiasm for data quality — someone who actively seeks to work with others towards a shared goal and demonstrates a continuous commitment to excellence.
